I owe you all so many blogs. It has been a crazy time since we got back. Yes, I have been mostly dealing with house stuff but it hasn't been as easy as I thought.
This weekend, however, was amazing. We went to PA to see The CEO's Family and stayed Sunday so we could watch the Eagles play and I could make Football Foodz! The CEO's mother helped me out and everything got done super fast and it went super well. Here's what we made:
Crescent Pepperoni Roll Ups from one of my favorite blogs, Plain Chicken
Three Cheese Balsamic Pancetta Mac and Cheese, another awesome recipe from the most amazing The Kitchen Life of a Navy Wife
And, because I was eating with a fellow fan this week, I made Paula Deen's Sugar and Nut Glazed Brie
