Last week, two days back from vacation, The CEO and I decided to meet a friend for some cocktails at one of my favorite bars, The Zombie Hut!
We sat in the back corner in this picture:
Many go for the Frozen Zombie, The CEO included, because it is a frozen fruity concoction in which they load the straw with Bacardi 151. So you are basically tanked after the first sip.
But not me. Oh no.
I ordered the Blue Hawaiian. And then drank 4 of them. Yum.
Here are the ingredients:
1 oz light rum
2 oz pineapple juice
1 oz blue Curacao
1 oz cream of coconut
a cherry
Combine and shake. Pour over ice. Drink until your vision is blurry. Or, you know, you want to stop.

This is seriously yummy. Have one soon. I know it isn't summer but drinking season appropriate cocktails has never been my thing.
