Today marked the beginning of The CEO's favorite time of year: Football Season or, specifically, Eagles Football Season.
It also marks a special and much planned time for me: Football Snacks Season.
I have been collecting recipes for this time all year...contemplating, thinking, wondering what I will do. Typically, The CEO would order Atomic Wings and Cheese Fries and sleep it off after the game. But not this year, no siree.
Of course, we didn't realize that it was the first game of the season today until well, this morning. So we had to plan quickly. I went through about 30 recipes with The CEO and he picked four.
Here is what he picked:
Sausage and Cheese Wontons adapted from a recipe at This Mommy Cooks
Buffalo Chicken Dip adpated from a recipe at Brown Eyed Baker
Thai Chicken Bites from over at Lauren's Latest
And, his personal favorite choice:
A Very Giant Reese's Peanut Butter Cup from A Cozy Kitchen
Stay tuned for one recipe a day ;)
Big changes are a-coming in my little life so I should have some time soon.
Happy Sunday!
Erin

| It takes a bunch for me to watch a team with Michael Vick on it, but we all do nutty things for love. |
