I love St. Germaine. I think it is because I lived with a wonderful woman from Sweden for a long time and she introduced me to the joys of elderflowers. The CEO says I love it because I am female and it is "Lady Crack."
Whatever the case, I think the stuff is delicious. The CEO bought me a bottle a few weeks back (he's so nice to me) and showed me how to miz it with some sparkling wine for epic success. I hear it also tastes good in just some club soda. I will experiment.
However, at lunch on Saturday, I ordered this guy:
It is a mojito with St. Germaine added. I'm not sure which genius came up with this but mojitos are yummy on their own (if a bit labor intensive) and this just took something already amazing to a whole new level.
I can't lie, this is definitely something to write home about.
