The Tuesday Toddy: P&H Soda Syrup Hibiscus

There is a store in Carroll Gardens named "By Brooklyn" and I am completely into it.  They sell local things from chocolate and soap to jewelry and unique sodas.  The CEO took me on a shopping spree there and one of the things he bought me was Hibiscus Syrup from P&H Soda,

I couldn't wait to get home and try it.  This stuff is really and truely great with mostly soda water and just a splash of the stuff.  You could add rum, or vodka or no alcohol at all.  It is just refreshing without being too sweet and flowery without tasting like perfume.

I am obsessed with this stuff.  I could drink it all day.  I want a soda stream.
