Mammoth List of Foodz

So I have been so out of it lately.  I decided this next meal plan would last from paycheck to paycheck.  Nothing will spoil and it will all work out.  So here we go:

Monday, March 31st: Seared Scallops with crispy leeks and a white bean rosemary ragout (a long time carryover)

Tuesday, April 1st: slow cooker lentils and sausage (another carryover)

Wednesday, April 2nd: our good old beef & cabbage (one of our faves)

Thursday, April 3rd: Coffee rubbed pork (no blueberry reduction) with spaghetti squash with butter and garlic (no parmesan)

Friday, April 4th: chicken with cashews edited not to include stuff I don't like

Monday, April 7th: white beans and sausage

Tuesday, April 8th: shrimp and asparagus stir fry with lemon sauce

Wednesday, April 9th: chicken meatball chipotle chili slightly edited to suit our tastes

Thursday, April 10th: Fish piccata with garlic snow peas

Friday, April 11th: Herbed rack of lamb with lemony greens on garlicky beans (another of our faves)

Monday, April 14th: Salmon cakes with lentils

Tuesday, April 15th: Dijon short ribs with braised kale with toasted almonds
