New Menu Plan and some PA fun

Folks, we have flowers.  I agonized over them...I pinterested, I talked everyone's ear off, I had a DIY plan and a half.

And then it all worked itself out in a few hours with a little help from my friend LeRoy and The CEO's mom, Stepdad, and The amazing CEO himself.

I.Am.So.Excited.

Anyway, our meal plan got sidetracked a bit by our own desires and a night out on the town last week.  So I am booking it out for awhile.  And some things have been carried over again (oops).

Tuesday, February 25th: easy garlic broiled chicken and brussels sprouts with sriracha and cashews (this one keeps getting bumped around...poor recipe)

Wednesday, February 26th: restaurant food after the bridesmaid dress fitting!

Thursday, February 27th: white beans and ham (another carryover)

Friday, February 28th: carnitas and garlicky refried beans (see last week's blog)

Saturday or Sunday, March 1st: shrimp scampi with artichokes

Monday, March 2nd: sriracha injected turkey tenderloin with lemony greens on garlicky beans

Tuesday, March 3rd: The Barefoot Contessa's lemon chicken on a bed of broccoli rabe

Wednesday, March 4th: Rack of Lamb with Brussels Sprouts

Thursday, March 5th: Herb and mustard slow cooker beef with de Puy lentils with carrots

Friday, March 6th: 5 Ingredient Bacon Brussels Sprouts Slaw (with lamb chorizo)

Saturday or Sunday, March 7th or 8th: Sichuan Style Chicken with Peanuts

MOH-H sent over some awesome recipes today which will be making it into the mix after this one...and I anticipate more fish in our future.

Last night I made the pinto stew with venison kielbasa and the sausage was a huge hit.  Otherwise, the shrimp pad thai worked out well and the Spanish chicken stew wasn't half bad.

Also, I finished a sock today :)
