Aching Hands, Growling Belly, and a Tired Mind

So, work has been intense lately.  The kind of intense that makes me feel like I am constantly forgetting to do something and what I do isn't right somehow.  It is disheartening and soul sucking but we press on.

The wedding vendors are all picked and booked except the florist and the DJ which will hopefully be done soon on both counts.  The CEO and I are just knocking it out.

The meal plan has been getting a bit rearranged as The CEO and I have had some plan changing evenings lately.  Oh well, I am still excited.  So here is everything for the next little while:

Tonight, Febraury 4th: Artichoke Pesto Chicken with Spaghetti Squash

Wednesday, February 5th: Lamb stew with lentils

Thursday, February 6th: Dinner with friends

Friday, February 7th: Boneless short ribs with garlic butter sauce (based on this recipe) with Iowa Girl's simple but yummy looking roasted green beans

Saturday or Sunday, February 8th or 9th (one will probably be a cheat day): Asian Chicken with Bok Choy

Monday, February 10th: Slow Cooker Ham and White Beans

Tuesday, February 11th: Spanish Chicken Stew

Wednesday, February 12th: Easy Garlic broiled chicken with sauteed brussels sprouts with sriracha and cashews

Thursday, February 13th: Cabbage Goulash

Friday is Valentine's Day so we are still undecided on that.  That weekend we are off to PA for wedding and family stuff so the plan won't kick back into action until the 17th.

Whew!

Onward with knitting,  things are exciting.  I finished my first sweater and it is adorable.  I LOVE it.

More on all that tomorrow!
